I thought love could be the villain when it comes to destiny. Why do people give a huge effort for their love? I mean, it could be a boomerang, it could be something that will accidentally (--or maybe deliberately) hurting themselves. Some people may succeed, just like what Sastra did, he smirked after winning a long battle between his happiness and the happiness (plus a lot of sadnesses) of loving someone, but some people end up hurting themselves by loving someone. I mean, what is the point of loving someone then? Is that feeling supposed to be really-- magically pleasurable?
But just like what Sastra did, Mark also reminds me that the most important thing to do as a human who has the urge to love someone is to believe that love is real, to believe that the love, the feeling alone will make us satisfyingly grateful because we can give some part of ourselves to the one that we love, by accepting, understanding, caring, and so many things that we can give to them, we gave up of being selfish by just only think about ourselves. To think about that once again, damn, aren't we all wonderful?
They believe in love, people. They believe how beautiful love is and that's exactly the kind of manner that we need to embrace this beautiful feeling. Don't blame love, smile after loving someone, we just use the privilege of being a human to feel this feeling, so when someone hurts us, it doesn't mean there is no true love, we just met wrong people, we just believed in wrong people, let's just go after a long hug with the love, say that we are glad to meet the love, say that see you when I see you because we would love to meet the love again, okay?
